On D-day
  • Please explain about shipping items in detail to packing team leader before starting packing work (which items to be shipped into the container or valuable items etc.)
  • It would help to settle in destination country if you record the details of each box when writing packing list after packing items.
  • Please be sure to include your local address and contact information on your inventory list. If not, please provide us your e-mail address or temporary contact information.
  • Please hand over the insurance application document to the packing team leader on the packing day.
  • It is recommended for you to check carefully that if there are any missing items before finalizing.
