GLS KOREA is used in the purpose and manner of personal information provided by the users through the Privacy Policy and the measures taken to protect the information are provided. However, the member shall not be held liable for any issues caused by personal information leakage, such as ID and password, due to his carelessness or problems on the Internet.

8. Personal information related complaints
 
GLS KOREA is collecting opinions of the users in relation to their personal information and all procedures and methods are prepared to handle complaints. 

The users are able to report complaints through the designated procedure of bulletin board or e-mail referring to “Personal Information Management Manager of GLS KOREA and the person in charge, name and contact information " as specified in the bottom section.

9. Member, name and contact information of the Director of Personal Information Management
 
The user himself has the responsibility for the security of the password of the ID in relation to the user's personal information. In GLS KOREA, you must not directly ask the user about the password in any way, so be careful not to leak the password to others.
