  • Please make sure to separate ‘Passports, tickets, securities, and precious metals’ from consignment so that they cannot be packed and shipped together with other items.
  • Please dry all laundry thoroughly after dry cleaning or washing. Packing in an unstable condition may cause mold during shipping.
  • Please remove all the humidity inside of the electronic appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, humidifier and so on.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the refrigerator and clean the inside of the refrigerator.
  • If you prepare the necessary documents for clearance for your freight and hand it to the packing team on the day of packing, you can avoid the inconvenience of faxing later.
  • Remove curtains and blinds in advance and be careful not to lose any related parts.
  • Copy of passport required for export clearance should be prepared in advance and e-mailed or delivered to the packing team on the day of packing.
